With three specialized factories, each contributing to different stages of the manufacturing process, our capabilities go beyond OEM forging. We offer a fully integrated, one-stop solution that includes in-house R&D for design, CNC machining, finishing processes, and dust-free assembly lines, taking products from concept to completion.
Utilizing cold forging techniques for traditional watch components, hot forging processes specifically for titanium materials, and automated systems optimized for the high-volume production of smart products.
After forging with minimal material allowance, components are processed through NC and CNC machining, including milling and lathing, to meet specified tolerances and dimensions.
Components undergo various surface treatments to achieve desired finishes, including brushing, polishing, sandblasting, and sunburst effects. Additionally, specialized treatments such as PVD coating, anti-fingerprint coatings, and anodizing can be applied if required.
Conducted in a controlled dust-free environment, assembly services for watch cases include specialized treatments such as automated dispensing of gaskets or adhesives to ensure proper sealing, durability, and functionality.
We work closely with the customer during the prototyping stage to validate production readiness and ensure all standards are met through the SOP and SIP phases.
Upon deisng approval, we test and refine with small-scale production to validate quality and functionality while monitoring performance and ensuring consistent quality standards are maintained.
Adhering to the 5M1E—Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment, and Measurement — optimizing workflows and achieving cost efficiency, and ensures a seamless and efficient transition during ramp-up to mass production.
Full-scale production with strict adherence to quality control and real-time delivery tracking systems.
